How Vacuum Packing Works
You see the
finished product in stores everyday. Here’s the process.

1. Lay down the
backing.
2. Lay down the part template.

3. Put parts in
place; remove template.
4. Shut machine, turn it on, and voila!
Then lay the film
in place (not shown). Open the machine to see the packaging.

5. Cut the packed
parts into size.
6. Samples of the finished product!
Advantages of vacuum
packing:
1. Everything gets packed, because you
can see what’s there. The template makes it difficult not to pack
something that should be included.
2. Look more professional. Vacuum
packed accessories look more professional than a plastic sack of loose
parts.
3. Enhance your company image. Your
company name and logo can be printed on the backing!
With C&C Packaging Services, Inc., you
can please customers, look professional, and enhance your company image.
Get it done right, probably for less money than you pay now to get it
down the wrong way. |
